Evaluation Question 4

Feedback is very essential when creating a product for a target audience.  In this video you will see the feedback I got from the very first rough cut. The feedback we got was that we needed structure in our music video, not enough shot types, shakey movement with the camera didn’t suit our genre and music. So from this feedback we decided to go and re-shoot more scenes in different shot types and in different times, so our video can have a chronological order for example day scenes into night scenes. So listening to feedback at this point of the process was very crucial because we can still had the time to make loads of amendments.

This next video shows a little documentary of the cinema-screening day. At the end of the movie you can see how the audience reacted also the feedback. The audience reacted in a very good way, which was very surprising, this means that we actually listened to our feedback and it was joy for the audience to watch. The feedback received was positive, especially when the audience said our locations, editing skills were good, also the choice of artists and the song. However, the video wasn’t perfect. If I could make any amendments in this moment, I will make improvements with the framing issue in some scenes, but at the end of the day our audience liked the music video and I listened to the feedback that was given to me during the process of making the music video.
