Summary of class discussion around the importance and function of digipaks to music industry.

In lesson we looked at two digipaks from Rihanna's album cover "Loud', Adele's '25' album cover and Lady Gaga 'Fame the Monster' and how they displayed their artists for them to be branded. As we discussed the use of digipaks we learnt that there's a huge importance of using a digipaks because it promotes the artists and also gives them an image. For example Rihanna's album cover 'Loud'

Here we can see that Roses are used as part of her synergy, which is evident in the background of her digipaks and also shown on the two CD's that is provided within the album cover.
